French producer Hugo Pierre Leclercq, AKA Madeon, first started tinkering with electronic music when he was 11. In 2010, at just 16, he won a remix competition with his reworking of Pendulum's The Island, which then lead to more remix work for the likes of the Killers and Alphabeat. Oh, and the year before that he released his first single, Gold.

"Dear everyone. My next single is called "The City". It's an happy, emotional song that i've been working on for a long time - i'm hugely excited to finally share it with you. It's gonna get it's first full airplay on Annie Mac's show in the UK tomorrow, but in the meantime, here's a little video teaser."

Will be released in August. Vocals by Zak Waters, Cass Lowe and Jarrad Kritzstein.
