Paris FZ & Simo T were born and raised in Montreal, Canada under a strong European influence. Having participated, and more importantly, won local dj competitions, Paris & Simo were able to quickly adapt to any crowd or dance floor set in front of them. It was only a matter of time until the next step for these talented “up an comers” was to begin producing original material to further their journey in music as a team.
After countless hours in the studio, the determined duo saw their first success story of their young careers. The Paris FZ & Simo T remix of “I Ain’t Stoppin” alongside fellow producer Pierce Fulton paid off making its way into the beatport top 100 charts and soaring to #26 (progressive house) within the first week of release. It gained heavy support from A-List Djs such as Max Vangeli, Tristan Garner, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike & others. The remix was also played two weeks in a row on the now world famous Bob Sinclair Podcast! It was after the success of this remix that the duo had the amazing opportunity to remix the classic house record “Stupidisco” witch was released on the famous and respected S2G Recordings. The outcome ? Yet another Beatport charting, reaching #46 on the top 100.
As dj’s, this talented duo’s sets encompass an energetic sound that will always rock the club. Pure passion and charisma can easily be felt in their live performances and unique creations. They have had an extremely good year, having the honor to be featured on the same bill as Armin Van Burren, Dirty South, Max Vangeli, Funkagenda & Chris lake, just to name a few. Be sure to keep an eye out for this force to be reckoned with from Montreal…..these kids are the definition, of the new generation of electronic dance music.
